UXC Oxygen snaps up leading hybris partner

UXC Oxygen has acquired SAP hybris systems integrator contiigo, to broaden its customer experience management capabilities.

contiigo is the largest Australian independent SAP hybris implementation specialist, the only platinum hybris partner for the Asia Pacific Japan region, and current hybris partner of the year.

contiigo will work alongside UXC Oxygen’s existing digital solutions and implementation practice, White Labelled, in the digital customer engagement and commerce (CEC) space.

“This is an exciting and strategic development as it brings together leading capabilities, providing us with a wider business sector footprint for our growing digital and customer experience practice. By leveraging the significant involvement of contiigo in B2B and government sectors together with our existing White Labelled business, we not only expand our solution depth and blue chip customer base, but also gain synergies in delivery,” said Stuart Dickinson, CEO, UXC Oxygen (pictured).

“UXC Oxygen’s proficiency in the key CEC technologies – SAP hybris, CRM and Cloud for Customer – enables it to deliver results for customers no matter where they are on the customer acquisition and retention journey. We are the only SAP systems integrator in Australasia that has both the technical capability and demonstrable customer success stories across the full spectrum of customer experience management solutions,” he added.

The acquisition includes contiigo’s 25 employees, as well as its customer base, intellectual property, accreditations, contracts, software and systems. All contiigo staff will be integrated into UXC Oxygen’s existing offices over the next three months.

contiigo managing director, Matt Hampshire, said, “The acquisition is an exciting opportunity for contiigo customers to bridge any gaps between their back-end ERP and front-end omni-commerce solutions with technology and services from one integrated provider. We expect a seamless transition and for it to be business as usual from day one for our customers. Moving forward, they will be able to access a much wider IT capability, ranging from strategic services such as business strategy and user experience design, right through to managed services across the full stack of SAP applications and associated infrastructure.”

The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
