The centre is focused on accelerating the development, delivery and commercialisation of business solutions based on SAP technology and will help Canadian businesses increase speed to market, enhance flexibility and improve business performance.

“The new Accenture Innovation Center for SAP Solutions will drive Canadian businesses forward on key emerging technology trends in the country, including mobility, analytics, and cloud computing. With our global expertise and local knowledge, we can deliver end-to-end technology solutions based on SAP software to help process and manage growing amounts of data, ultimately driving better results for business and governments,” said Wayne Ingram, managing director of technology at Accenture’s Canadian operations.

Accenture will use its functional and industry expertise to focus on key Canadian growth industries, such as mining, banking, the public sector, consumer goods and retail.

“Using this centre, Canadian businesses can access innovative business solutions worldwide based on SAP technology to develop solutions that meet specific Canadian business challenges,” said Mark Aboud, managing director, SAP Canada.

The Canadian centre joins Accenture’s global network of Innovation Centres in the US, Japan, China, Australia, Singapore, Europe, South Africa and India.
