SAP company hybris software has paired its hybris Commerce Suite with the Ariba Network.
The company has announced the availability of a PunchOut integration offering designed to provide selling organisations using the hybris B2B Commerce application with instant access to the Ariba Network and its more than 1.5 million companies.
According to hybris, by leveraging the combination of SAP’s customer engagement solutions and business network in conjunction with its deep integration expertise, its users will be able to engage customers in innovative ways and deliver a consistent brand experience.
“Whether they are procuring online or on mobile, engaging on social media, or visiting a branch or dealer location, customers today expect a consistent experience,” said Rick Chavie, chief solutions officer, hybris. “With the integration of hybris and Ariba, companies can exceed these expectations by expanding their touchpoints and making them all brand personalised, easy and relevant.”
SAP’s integration capabilities have made the process quick and easy, according to SAP Cloud vice president, strategy, Sven Denecken.
“With many vendors, integration is a complex and costly process involving additional hardware, installed software and lengthy managed service engagements. With SAP, it’s a simple, efficient and seamless one focused on outcomes,” he said.
Through a preconfigured integration solution, selling organisations using hybris can connect to the Ariba Network, where they can gain increased visibility for their catalogues among new customers, increase product margins and expand their wallet share with existing ones.
