ECM solution provider StoneBridge Systems has launched a support and development centre based in Melbourne, which the company said will enable it to develop bespoke new software product solutions and further support ongoing innovation for SAP and OpenText solutions.
In addition, the new centre will also enable the company to expand its relationship with Baynote, a leader in personalisation and digital marketing optimisation, for which StoneBridge Systems has been appointed as the organisation’s Asia Pacific support and distribution partner. This follows an existing, successful two-year partnership between the two companies during which time StoneBridge Systems has worked with online retailers such as Zodee.com.au to adapt their digital experience.
“Baynote and StoneBridge Systems are working together to increase conversion for online retailers in Asia Pacific,” said John Kelly, chief revenue officer at Baynote.
StoneBridge Systems will handle all customer support calls around the region on behalf of Baynote as well as handle product support for the Baynote Adaptive Web Suite, which automatically optimises and adapts user online experience, leading to increased conversions, revenue and loyalty.
Craig Broadbent, director, StoneBridge Systems, said, “We’re at a point in our business momentum where we can now house an engineering team in a purpose-built support and development centre which will allow us to write extensions and mobile solutions focusing on our key vendor relationships. The centre will also provide us with the capacity to further grow and support the momentum we’re seeing across all vertical industry markets for SAP, OpenText and Baynote.”
The new StoneBridge Systems support and development centre is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
