On the Move: Windsor Business Solutions appoints national service delivery manager

SAP and asset management consultancy Windsor Business Solutions (WBS) has appointed Megan Berryman as its national service delivery manager, responsible for the successful delivery of all projects.

WBS chief executive Mick Windsor said that Berryman has brought immense value to WBS through her significant expertise. In this new role, Berryman’s key responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between the client and delivery teams; ensuring governance across all areas of service; continual service improvement and customer satisfaction; and ensuring delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.

“Megan’s skills set mesh neatly to deliver 360◦ value to our clients,” said Windsor.

Berryman formerly held the senior IT leadership role responsible for supporting Powerlink Queensland’s strategic and corporate business goals. At Powerlink, Berryman led the IT Strategies team to establish Powerlink’s five-year, $100 million Non-Network Business IT Program for submission to the Australian Energy Regulator for revenue reset, and was also awarded an Internal Excellence Award in 2012 for introducing data governance to Powerlink.
