Global SAP partner Sapphire Systems has expanded its presence to Australia, setting up an office in Sydney.
An SAP Gold partner, Sapphire is the global leading partner for SAP Business One and has been a value-added reseller of SAP for eight years.
On the expansion, Ian Caswell, managing director, Sapphire Systems, said, “We are continually looking for ways to better support our customers and setting up in new countries and time zones works well. It means that we are able to provide even more telephone support and have consultants available whenever and wherever there is the requirement.”
Sapphire already has several customers with operations in Australia including Sunraysia and Adstream.
Vince Cordi, channel sales manager at SAP Australia, said it was great to have a global partner for SAP Business One based in Australia.
