Ajilon wins Woodside contract

Ajilon has won a multi-million dollar project with Australian energy and resources company Woodside Energy Limited.

Ajilon’s WA Resources Sector Director, Annabel Flynn, said the deal with Woodside Information Solutions and Services (IS&S) was a significant strategic win for the firm.

“Ajilon is one of two preferred suppliers on a panel providing application and infrastructure development, architecture, technology and support services to Woodside IS&S,” Fylnn said

“The work we undertake will be central to Woodside IS&S in the support of their business and major projects, like the Pluto project.”

“Projects and services have just commenced.  The contract also involves subcontract partners Kinetic IT and Prospecta, which will support infrastructure and technical SAP services respectively, as required.”

Ms Flynn said the deal will see the Ajilon delivering services to Woodside for a period of two years, with multiple one-year extension options.

The win will spearhead the firm’s push into the local and offshore oil and gas sector.

Ms Flynn said the Woodside appointment has acted as a catalyst in the development of Ajilon’s Oil and Gas IT and Business Solutions Centre of Excellence (COE), which will provide training, research and innovation services to companies within the sector.

“Our aim in establishing the COE is to position Ajilon as the preferred IT and business consulting supplier to companies operating in this sector, and we are excited we have been able to attract a leading, world class oil and gas organisation like Woodside to our stable of clients.”
