NXG Business Solutions, an Australian SAP EPM Partner, has recently won SAP’s Enablement Partner of the Year for the Asia Pacific award for 2011.
NXG is an Australian consulting services provider specialising in budgeting, planning, and management reporting solutions using SAP’s suite of EPM products.
The company was awarded for its successful development, sales engagements and implementations of SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) during 2011.
Scott Taylor, director, NXG Business Solutions, believes that the company’s external and internal successes are the result of three factors: understanding SAP’s goals and objectives for the EPM market, reorganising the business to proactively support go-to-market activities and encouraging an attitude of “getting off your backside and focusing on great implementations”.
Taylor explained that NXG recently shifted its focus to customer satisfaction, aiming to ensure that “clients experienced the value and return on investment they expected when they purchased the software”.
“It’s not enough these days to just build good systems, you have to work with the whole finance team and the business processes to ensure a long-term high value solution.”
NXG’s win also marked the first time the Asia Pacific award has ever been won by an Australian SAP Partner.
“It was a real honor to be nominated by SAP Australia and New Zealand for the award and a huge surprise to have won it for Asia Pacific. It has really been a very enjoyable year with some great long-term relationships built and great customer references and case studies,“ said Taylor.
“We look forward to 2012 and the continued expansion of the SAP EPM roadmap and working with customers to really leverage this great suite of products.”
