SAP has launched two microsites designed to help companies improve performance in customer experience and financial management.
The 360-Degree Customer View microsite at www.360customerview.com offers information to help companies deliver an outstanding customer experience that goes beyond traditional customer relationship management (CRM)-focused sales, service and marketing.
According to SAP, the information centres on how companies can maximise the effectiveness of every customer interaction and drive efficiency across sales, marketing, service, finance, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and human resources.
The microsite features white papers, industry analyst reports, customer testimonials and success stories, and details how the SAP CRM application can support customer-facing business processes across multiple interaction channels.
The CFO Leadership Center microsite at SAPCFO.com will provide cutting-edge material to help CFOs compare and benchmark their performance in key areas that span performance management, financial close, risk and compliance, shared services, treasury and accounts payable, and receivables functions. The site centres on how CFOs can transform in their roles to meet the needs of the ever-changing environmental and economic climate.
As part of this effort, SAP teamed with CFO Research Services to develop a research paper, ‘The Superstar CFO: After the Crisis’, which is an interview-based study that explores the evolving role of the CFOinthe aftermath of the global financial crisis.
The study is a follow-up to the 2007 report by SAP and CFO Research Services, ‘The Superstar CFO’, which recorded the attributes of successful CFOs based on surveys conducted with senior finance executives worldwide.
