SAP has announced that SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA is now available to new and existing customers in Australia and New Zealand.
SAP initially made the announcement that its Business Suite – excluding SRM – would be available on its in-memory platform, HANA, in January this year.
So far 22 partners in Australia and New Zealand have signed up to implement Business Suite on HANA, including SAP solutions provider NTT DATA Business Solutions.
SAP has noted in a statement that the largest 20 businesses listed on the Australian Securities Exchange account for nearly 50 per cent of the ASX’s market capitalisation.
“Half of these businesses run at least on installation of SAP Business Suite and now can derive even greater value from the solution by migrating to the SAP HANA platform,” SAP said.
Rapid deployment solutions are available for fast implementation for customers who choose to migrate their database to the HANA platform.
SAP has developed business scenario recommendations to help existing customers identify where Business Suite on HANA can deliver value.
