The new company formed through the merger of CSC with the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), DXC Technology, has publicly debuted on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as the world’s largest end-to-end IT services company.
The new company will have annual revenues of $25 billion with 170,000 staff and nearly 6000 enterprise and public sector clients in 70 countries.

DXC will operate in six regions – Americas; United Kingdom and Ireland, including Israel; North and Central Europe; Southern Europe; Asia, Middle East and Africa; and Australia and New Zealand.
The company, which will operate in six regions – Amer is expecting first year synergies of approximately $1 billion post-code, with a run rate of $1.5 billion by the end of year one.
