The winners of this year’s SAP Customer Awards of Excellence were announced on 20 August, and with over 100 submissions received, the 2011 awards were the most hotly contested yet.
Submissions were judged by an independent panel, which included Tim Ebbeck, president and CEO, SAP ANZ; Brett Proposch, IT application manager, Officeworks Superstores; Stephen Phillips, CIO, Transfield Services and Nicole Kennedy, delivery assurance director, SAP ANZ.
The judging criteria included the customer’s effective use of resources; their relationship with the implementation partner and SAP; their ability to understand and adapt to changing market conditions; and the achievement of set business objectives.
