HCL AXON has announced that it has partnered with Sybase to extend its mobile services offering. Built on the Sybase Unwired Platform, HCL AXON’s strategic Mobile Solution offering will deliver key SAP capabilities in industries such as utilities, oil and gas, travel and logistics and financial services.
HCL AXON says that the joint solution will enable timely, informed decision-making by delivering seamless integration between enterprise information resources and a broad range of mobile devices.
The first of these mobile solutions is currently being rolled out in the travel and transportation industry.
According to HCL AXON, the solution will help railroad companies support their maintenance in the field by improving access to data and maintenance records.
