Honeywell Scanning and Mobility has announced a new global partner program beginning 1 January 2015, designed to simplify process, improve the ease of doing business for partners and provide increased opportunities for collaboration.
Honeywell Scanning and Mobility is a leading manufacturer of high-performance image- and laser-based data collection hardware, including rugged mobile computers and data scanners. The company completed an acquisition of Intermec, a provider of mobile computing, RFID, voice-enabled workflow and data collection solutions, in September 2013.
The announcement of the new partner program was made at the company’s 2014 Asia Pacific partner conference in Abu Dhabi.
“The new Performance Partner Program is designed to strengthen and empower our vital network of channel partners across Australia and New Zealand to drive continued innovation and support for our mutual customers in a dynamic business and technology environment,” said Tony Repaci, Honeywell Scanning & Mobility country manager, ANZ.
“We are confident that our partners left the conference with a renewed energy and excitement toward our goals. It was an excellent opportunity to recognise all of our partners for their exemplary efforts on our behalf and we look forward to another great year of working with them.”
At the conference Honeywell also presented awards for the 2013/14 year, given to partners based on their innovation, year-on-year growth, and the ability to integrate new, emerging technology into customer solutions.
Among the award winners were Dematic, Peacock Bros, Datacom, Fujitsu, Istari Systems and Sektor.
