Integrc launches RouteONE for process control

SAP GRC specialist Integrc has launched RouteONE for SAP GRC Process Control, which promises to halve the time and cost of implementing SAP GRC.

According to Integrc, the key difference between RouteONE and traditional and templated implementations is the switch in focus from acclerating to automating.

“Because automation is used at every stage, RouteONE dramatically reduces the time it takes to perform activities normally achieved through manual tasks,” the company said.

SAP GRC Process Control acts as a central control hub that automates tasks, monitors activity, and reports in real-time, giving organisations a continuous insight into the compliance status of the controls in place across their key business processes, aligning them with risk prevention.

Integrc said while many GRC practitioners struggle to get business buy-in to a centralised approach to process control, RouteONE includes a continual emphasis on benefits realisation and on ensuring business users embrace the new system. RouteONE can also provide a draft build of the system within 24 hours of starting a project.

Martyn Proctor, joint managing director of Integrc said, “Our GRC Performance survey revealed that more than 60 per cent of organisations running SAP still take a predominantly manual-based approach to managing and testing their internal controls. Most, if not all of them, also admitted that much more needs to be automated and centralised. We’ve developed RouteONE Process Control to help organisations get to this point much faster than ever before, with minimal pain and disruption.”

RouteONE is now available for SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control, with SAP Security and Risk Management versions to be launched later in 2014.
