Testing services provider KJ Ross & Associates has recently become an accredited SAP Services partner.
Having performed an increasing number of SAP testing engagements over the past few years, the company decided to boost its expanding footprint in this market by taking the next step formalise its status.
KJ Ross has now installed its own fully-functioning SAP system linked to a number of specialist testing tools, which is used for problem-solving and education internally.
“Becoming an SAP partner was very important to us to stay abreast of all the new updates and technologies across SAP’s product range,” said John Adams, KJ Ross national manager for SAP.
The company has also introduced a new SAP packaged test service called SAP HealthCheck.
The service provides a short review of SAP testing and governance processes, with a view to provide a roadmap of actionable items that will improve the quality of testing and lower the total cost of ownership of SAP by reducing defects and testing costs, accelerating release cycle times, introducing an appropriate level of automation in the testing cycle, and ensuring appropriate tools, methodologies and governance practices are in place.
SAP HealthCheck is designed to be conducted within four weeks and typically takes around 10 consulting days.
KJ Ross has built on a 10-year partnership with global testing and quality management consultancy, SQS, to provide the SAP HealthCheck service. With offices in 18 countries and over 2800 consultants, SQS has strong experience in helping clients plan and conduct SAP testing.
“This partnership gives KJ Ross access to SQS’s worldwide SAP expertise, including a dedicated offshore test lab in Pune, India, giving a truly global capability to our locally owned and managed firm,” said Adams.
