MapR platform chosen for SAP cloud infrastructure

SAP has chosen MapR Technologies’ File System to support its cloud infrastructure storage capabilities.

According to MapR, the system’s high scalability, performance and reliability will enable SAP to deliver innovation faster to its global software customers in the cloud by providing resilience, lifecycle management and high availability of data and storage services for SAP HANA, SAP IQ and other data intensive workloads.
