Oakton partners with SAP on HANA

Consulting and technology firm Oakton has added SAP HANA (High-Performance Analytic Appliance) to its list of SAP offerings, having signed a new partnership agreement with SAP.

The engagement follows increasing levels of interest in HANA in the Australian market, according to SAP Australia.

Newly appointed SAP ANZ director of ecosystem, Greg Ryan, said, “Oakton has a strong history in business consulting and systems implementation and as such, has the right experience, skills and knowledge to help customers understand how SAP HANA can revolutionise the way businesses analyse data. Organisations can instantly explore and analyse all of their transactional and analytical information from virtually any data source as things happen. SAP HANA is empowering companies with immediate access to information that allows them to better serve their customers and improve operational efficiency.”

As an SAP alliance partner Oakton already offers a range of SAP consulting services, and will will now combine its consulting experience in enterprise architecture, business intelligence and the SAP BI suite to offer customers real-time insight into their business operations.
