Charlotte West has joined BT People (www.btpeople.com.au) as a specialist recruiter for SAP Training and Change Management.
West is herself an experienced consultant and project manager, having been involved in the management of customised training solutions prior to moving into recruitment.
“Training and change management are crucial to the successful delivery of SAP solutions to all large enterprise organisations. user adoption is key to our clients realising a return on their system’s investment,” said West. “By specialising in this market, I aim to help BT People’s clients to achieve returns as early as possible from their business transformation projects.”
