EIM solution provider OpenText has extended its integration of OpenText Digital Asset Management (DAM) with SAP hybris solutions, to deliver a complete omni-channel experience.
OpenText DAM for SAP serves as the centralised, secure and accessible repository to manage digital media assets such as marketing and product images, text, video and audio.

OpenText DAM provides a single source of digital media across SAP solutions, including the SAP hybris Marketing, SAP hybris Commerce, and SAP hybris Customer Experience Suites. According to OpenText, extending the existing integrations between DAM and SAP Business Suite, and to SAP hybris Commerce and Experience Suites will provide an opportunity to more fully media-enable a single holistic view of relevant data and content.
This release also includes an extended programming interface for customisation, automated asset version updates, additional rendering services, and an on-demand media delivery service. OpenText DAM is certified with SAP.
