Enterprise asset management specialist Prometheus Group is challenging companies using SAP Plant Maintenance to take what CEO Eric Huang has dubbed the ‘Dashboard Challenge’.
Recognising that business must now quickly and easily act upon data, but this is often buried and hard to visualise, Huang said Prometheus can create a reporting suite for SAP Plant Maintenance users in just two weeks, using the company’s new web-based dashboard.
The dashboard provides real-time access to visualisations of key performance indicators which both the customer and Prometheus Group monitor to quickly identify areas for improvement. Data can be gathered at a site level or at a corporate level and customised by role.
The dashboard is a component of Prometheus’ software and services subscription package, Total Customer Care. The package also includes quarterly onsite health checks by Enterprise Asset Managements experts, and continuing education on industry best practice and using SAP and Prometheus Group solutions to achieve this.
The package draws on insights gained by the group through 1000 customer implementations across the food and beverage, oil and gas, chemical, life sciences, and utilities sectors.
