The Pricing Solution Suite from big data software provider PROS has been certified by SAP as powered by the SAP HANA platform.
Version 3.24 has been certified by the SAP Integration and Certification Center.
PROS, which is an SAP software solution and technology partner in the SAP PartnerEdge program, delivers prescriptive analytics and real-time data science to provide deeper intelligence on the sales process.
The certification follows an OEM agreement signed by SAP and PROS in April this year to embed the SAP HANA platform with PROS big data applications focused on sales effectiveness.
Combining PROS with SAP HANA, according to the company, offers customers additional flexibility, speed and data science capabilities for optimising pricing and sales, as well as simpler administration, reduced processing overhead and better business intelligence.
PROS senior vice president, products, Oscar Moreno, said, “More than half of our B2B customers run SAP solutions, and they consistently evaluate the latest solutions that are expected to drive growth and overall business performance. Pricing and sales decisions require near real-time analysis of large volumes of data streaming from multiple sources, and our customers’ sales teams will be prepared to sell more effectively and outperform in their markets with the new real-time, in-memory analytics.”
