ReadSoft has launched a new single software platform for handling multiple business processes in SAP.
ReadSoft’s new certified SAP add-on, Process Director, is designed to help organisations become more efficient by creating a control centre for handling a wide range of processes in SAP.
Designed to replace old channels like phone, email and paper, the add-on covers essential processes like invoice handling, customer order processing, delivery note handling and journal entry correction.
According to ReadSoft, Process Director comes with a predefined logic for directing document-driven and request-driven processes, and can be easily used for handling specific business processes. It also features a web browser interface to allow users to view information in a friendly and intuitive environment.
Process Director also resides within SAP and does not require any modifications tot he existing SAP structure, enabling a low total cost of ownership. The product has been released for general availability following a pilot phase.
“Already during the pilot phase, we saw major efficiencies being gained within shared services centres and larger IT centres,” said Peter Hörwing, senior vice president, sales and marketing, ReadSoft, adding that there have been several successful installations around the world.
