HCM specialist service provider Redback Consulting has joined the SuccessFactors Partner Program as a SuccessSales Partner.
Headquartered in Australia, with additional offices in Singapore and India, Redback Consulting specialises in solutions for the public sector, and has provided services across federal, state and local government in Australia.
Redback will leverage its expertise in the public sector to resell and implement SuccessFactors’ BizX suite within Australia and the APJ region.
Ben Sebo, managing director, Redback Consulting, said the company actively sought to become a SuccessFactors partner to be able to offer leading HCM talent management functionality to its customers.
“With capabilities that easily integrate to any existing customer HRIS including Performance and Goals, Learning, Recruiting and Workforce Planning, Succession/Development and Compensation, as well as Workforce Analytics and Planning, it will allow our customers to leverage industry leading HCM capabilities quicker and with minimal IT footprint than on-premise solutions, thus increasing time to benefit and total cost of ownership,” Sebo said.
Ben Corser, vice president of alliances and channels, APJ, said the partnership will help it gain additional momentum in the critical public sector market and further develop its customer base.
