Global learning and performance enablement software solutions, Ancile, has expanded its global agreement with SAP AG.
This expanded partnership will see SAP resell Ancile uAlign as a cloud offering under the name SAP Communication Center solution by Ancile.
The solutions will allow customers to create channels and campaigns of information to deliver bite-sized content to the right people, at the right time, at the right campaigns of information to deliver content to their people, and then analyse the real-time impact of their information. This communications capability can support operational compliance, sales enablement, onboarding and microlearning needs.
Frank Lonergan, CEO of Ancile (pictured), said the company has teamed with SAP for over a decade to support employee learning and performance, primarily through the resale of its Ancile uPerform software as the SAP Productivity Pak application by Ancile.
“This latest addition to the SAP portfolio not only complements the functionality available in SAP Productivity Pak, but SAP Communication Center also expands the communication tools in SuccessFactors Learning and SAP Jam,” said Lonergan. “We developed uAlign to address a void with current communications tools. With uAlign, we’ll help organisations answer the question, ‘Are my team members compliant with our processes and performing with the most current information?’.”
Ancile will be exhibiting at next week’s SAPPHIRE NOW event in Orlando.
