SAP AG has announced the general availability of SAP IT Infrastructure Management software for end-to-end management, monitoring and coordination of IT infrastructures.
The software integrates with the SAP Solution Manager 7.1 application management solution, which enables customers running on SAP Enterprise Support services a consistent platform to manage their entire IT landscape.
Uwe Hommel, executive vice president, SAP Active Global Support said the combination of software will enable SAP Enterprise Support customers to effectively manage their IT landscapes using a complete solution.
“In combination with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Enterprise Support, SAP IT Infrastructure Management allows for end-to-end monitoring of any type of IT components – from PCs, servers and printers to network and storage components,” he said. “Midsize customers using SAP Enterprise Support can particularly benefit from a proven and scalable solution that supports a wide range of devices and systems allowing a 360-degree view of IT. We provide our customers with a single source of truth for their whole IT.”
