SAP partner acquired by Konica Minolta Business Solutions

Stonebridge Systems, an SAP partner and enterprise content management specialist, has been acquired by Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia, a provider of integrated solutions and managed services.

Stonebridge, which has 30 staff, also partners with OpenText, Sitecore, Adobe, Baynote and EPiServer.

Craig Broadbent (pictured), founder of Stonebridge Systems, said the deal was mutually beneficial.

“For our clients, the acquisitions means lifting the conversation from tactical to strategic collaboration, deepening our value and helping them achieve their business goals. With our digital expertise, we’ll be able to help steer clients of Konica Minolta through the fast-changing marketing technology landscape, freeing them to focus on what matters most: their core business and customers,” he said.

Konica Minolta has also acquired Knowledge Partners, an enterprise information management specialist, and together the two firms will help to broaden the scope of its integrated print and content management solutions.
