SAP has announced it will offer a new simplified experience for rapidly deploying enterprise technology.
The experience will include a set of collaborative and integrated online tools and content for scoping and deploying a range of SAP technology, from selection to go-live and beyond, the company stated.
According to SAP, enterprise customers will benefit by being able to jumpstart their implementations with a fully realised and tested, pre-assembled solution in a couple of days.
The complete solution can be launched in-premise or temporarily hosted in the cloud before go-live.
This new experience includes four steps for SAP customers to follow, including researching on the SAP Solution explorer site, selecting individual components of their implementation, deploying their fully assembled rapid-deployment solution and reusing business scope information to build a foundation for the business.
“Enterprise fears about the time, costs and uncertainty that go with implementing new technology are alleviated through an assembled-to-order IT stack that is proven and provides a solid foundation to jump-start the fine tuning, integration and data migration process,” said Bernd Welz, senior vice president and global head, Solution & Knowledge Packaging, SAP.
