SMILOG Pty Ltd has announced a new partnership with Vocollect with the aim of pushing the voice market in Australia to the another level.
The new partnership makes SMILOG a Vocollect Total Solution Provider (TSP) in Australia, meaning they can now provide the full range of Vocollect software and hardware solutions across their Australian operations.
“We are very happy to extend our partnership with Vocollect in Australia,” said Andreas Prill, managing director of SMILOG.
“Our longstanding experience with Vocollect Voice around the world will help us to serve the market and to exceed customer expectations.”
The company has also developed its own SAP-centric voice solution, smiTalk, which allows consumers to easily integrate voice into SAP. It is currently the only direct interface for SAP.
“There are great opportunities for voice-enabled solutions in Australia and New Zealand from retail, 3PL, apparel and food over to manufacturing and pharmaceuticals,” said Prill.
“We have been able to radically reduce costs, increase quality and measure productivity in the past with many satisfied customers and we are willing to prove the benefits for many more customers in the future.”
