SAP GRC and security company Turnkey Consulting has opened a new office in Malaysia.
The expansion is in response to client demand, as customers open offshore hubs and move their IT operations to the region.
Richard Hunt, managing director of Turnkey Consulting says having bases near customers is vital.
“We offer direct value to our clients through having consultants located in the areas in which they have their main operations,” he said.
“Therefore, as they open up in new regions, it is critical that we follow suit to maintain our level of service.”
Turnkey Consulting Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur, will be run as a joint venture with Mantran Consulting, a Singapore-based SAP and information security specialist.
“Working with Mantran is the ideal way to expand our operations,” said Hunt.
“The company already has a solid client base and its core values of offering technical ability combined with business acumen and I high level of customer service are aligned to our own.”
Barun Kumar, the managing director of Mantran Consulting will be managing director of the new Malaysian collaboration.
“Working under the Turnkey brand is an opportunity to expand our global horizons and develop the team,” he said.
“The complementary values of the two companies ensures that we can do this while maintaining our focus on expertise and commitment to quality, which have been an integral part of our growth to date.”
