UXC Limited will acquire digital and ecommerce specialist White Labelled to provide it with an integrated solutions and implementation capability.
White Labelled specialises in the delivery of solutions built on platforms such as hybris, Oracle Commerce, IBM WebSphere Commerce and Magento.
As part of the newly completed agreement, White Labelled will become part of wholly owned subsidiary UXC Oxygen.
Because of its large hybris (SAP) focus, the business and the leadership team will report to UXC Oxygen CEO Stuart Dickinson and operate as a practice within UXC Oxygen.
The acquisition will enable UXC to provide the solutions and services necessary to establish a multichannel customer experience platform for organisations across all industries.
“Often the divide between back end ERP and front end ecommerce can be significant, but the synergies created between UXC and White Labelled will close this divide,” said White Labelled managing director, Paul Wilson.
“Operationally this will allow White Labelled to focus further on the delivery of our core competencies in ecommerce and better integrate the ecommerce platform with the various ERP solutions.”
White Labelled was founded in 2008 and is forecasted to deliver annual revenues of over $6m, with offices in Melbourne, Bangalore and Vietnam.
Consideration will be paid predominantly in cash with some equity, with further consideration payable for reaching specific growth milestones. The acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings accretive.
