UXC Oxygen will become the first partner in the region to offer process automation solutions from Redwood Software, under a new strategic alliance.
UXC Oxygen will sell, implement and support Redwood Software’s solutions in New Zealand and Australia.
Redwood’s solutions help businesses increase effectiveness and reduce costs by automating manual tasks and linking together disparate applications and IT systems. With over 3000 customers worldwide, it is SAP’s only strategic automation partner.
UXC Oxygen CEO Stuart Dickinson said the solutions will be of interest to any organisation going through transformational projects aimed at generating operational efficiency.
“Business processes such as month-end close and customer billing traditionally require a high degree of manual monitoring. Redwood Software ensures that these processes run smoothly and adds error-handling logic to manage exceptions – something which traditional solutions struggle to control,” Dickinson said.
