EI Australia has become the first and only SAP provider to be qualified
for SAP Invoice Management by OpenText as a RDS provider.
The solution captures invoices from multiple channels including OCR, email and paper and is automatically processed.
“The RDS is an implementation methodology that provides a fixed price and schedule to achieve value, with minimal effort and risk,” said Robert Bruhn, ECM Practise Lead, EI Australia.
Where there are errors, invoices can be routed to the correct person for approval.
This new solution complements EI’s existing offerings of SAP Project and Portfolio Management as RDS.
It applies to most industries and segments. RDS will be the basis install for larger enterprises, with a delta retro fitted or implemented in parallel.
