The latest version of SAP Enable Now – previously named SAP Workforce Performance Builder – will now allow S/4HANA customers to provide their end users with training wherever they need it.
The solution, which is available on premise and in the cloud, has a new and improved web-based editing interface that enables authors to create and deliver formal training, informal learning and performance support.

“To keep up with the increasing pace of innovations in cloud solutions, users need to be supported directly in the context of their work with help embedded and instantly available.
SAP Enable Now gives SAP S/4HANA customers integrated, context-sensitive performance support and process tutorials to help users with adopting changes in business processes, as well as offering a first line of support in their daily work.”
With the solution, users can create and deploy context-sensitive user help, transaction documentation, training simulations, test scripts and e-learning materials. According to SAP, the new interface will provide a better user experience, with simplified content production and increased authoring efficiency. The updates will allows users to extend existing user assistance or create their own assistance and embed material in SAP S/4HANA.
