In case you missed the news last week, SuccessFactors used the event as the forum to announce the next generation of its HCM Suite, as well as SAP’s signing of a new global reseller agreement with Workforce Solutions.
SAP has provided a summary of SAP president of HR line of business Mike Ettling’s keynote at the event, which focused on ‘charting a low-risk, high-return journey to cloud-based HR’, drawing comparisons with Jules Verne’s Around the World in 80 Days.
In his coverage of the event, Brian Jackson, editor of itbusiness.ca, discusses SuccessFactors’ new Intelligent Services, a feature of the revamped HCM Suite; SuccessFactors’ plans to rebrand its Platinum Support offering; and highlights the top 10 moments of SuccessConnect.

One of the events held at SuccessConnect was a National Championship Performance Management Throwdown, bringing together representatives of 13 companies who won regional events to battle it out.
