The announcement of Atturra’s SAP SuccessFactors implementation was made at SAP NOW ANZ, SAP’s flagship customer event in Australia and New Zealand. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Overcoming HR Challenges

Faced with the limitations of basic HR systems and the inefficiencies of manually tracked data, Atturra recognized the need for a robust solution to manage its growing team effectively. As the company expanded, the administrative burden associated with HR processes became a significant bottleneck. To tackle these challenges, Atturra collaborated with Discovery Consulting, initiating the SAP SuccessFactors implementation in October 2022. The phased rollout, completed by October 2023, included essential HR services such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting. This approach further allowed the company to gradually build a change management framework, ensuring a smooth cultural transition and better insights into its workforce before rolling out targeted performance and learning objectives.

Moreover, the results have been substantial. With an automated onboarding process in place, Atturra has empowered employees with self-service tools and improved access to learning resources. This has also led to a 78% increase in the accuracy of HR data, a 49% reduction in the time managers spend on HR-related administrative tasks, and a 15% decrease in staff turnover.
