The latest integration of SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions into the new Hux series of customer experience offerings strengthens the capabilities of Deloitte Digital in elevating the human experience, especially during these times of unprecedented disruptions.

For many decades now, Deloitte Digital’s alliance with SAP has helped companies worldwide maximise their SAP investments by uncovering new value with SAP Customer Experience solutions like SAP C/4HANA and Qualtrics offerings. In this year’s SAP Pinnacle Award, which recognises outstanding contributions of SAP partners, Deloitte received four awards including Partner of the Year – Customer Experience (Large Enterprise) and Partner of the Year – Delivery Excellence .
Deloitte Digital Reinforcing Delivery of SAP CX
Recently, Deloitte Digital has further deepened its alliance with SAP through an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement that will allow integration of SAP CX solutions into its new Hux series of customer experience offerings. First of the new Hux series of CX offerings is Hux Direct Selling for direct sales companies followed by a series of bundled solutions.
Explaining about the latest initiative, Scott Mager, Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and Offering Lead at Deloitte Digital’s, Advertising, Marketing and Commerce, said:

“SAP’s original equipment manufacturer program is a smart way for us to deliver the power of SAP Customer Experience solutions to clients in a streamlined manner, giving them a single point of contact for their customer experience-focused software needs, from purchase to integration and ongoing support,” he added.
New CX Offerings
Under a special agreement with SAP, Digital’s proprietary Customer Experience platform Hux serves as a single point of contact for purchasing and implementing SAP CX solutions to a customer’s specific industry needs. Now, Deloitte can address the two core needs– efficiency and speed– of many companies seeking to improve their customer experience with SAP tools. By enabling organisations purchase a range of pre-integrated solutions and tools selected specifically for the challenges of their industry through Hux, Deloitte will be able to help companies implement solutions quickly and deliver business value faster, owing to the pre-integration of package components and Deloitte’s deep SAP experience.
Furthermore, Mager highlighted that Deloitte’s deep industry-knowledge enables the company to deliver the power of SAP Commerce and SAP Customer Data Platform solutions to direct sales organisations that is is finely tuned to their issues and relationship challenges. Deloitte announced that it will begin offering Hux – Direct Sales to clients immediately.
Geert Leeman, Chief Revenue and Operating Officer for Customer Experience at SAP, expressed that the software enterprise looks forward to delivering innovative CX solutions to clients in collaboration with Deloitte through SAP’s OEM program. He said:

In like manner, SAP also continues to expand its capabilities in the CX space with the recent Qualtrics’ acquisition of Customer Experience Management companies Usermind and Clarabridge in July.
