SAP HCM specialist EPI-USE has acquired G3G to extend its coverage over the entire SAP ERP Enterprise Management portfolio.

With offices in the UK and South Africa, G3G focuses on core SAP ERP including SAP AMS (Application Maintenance and Support), TMS (Technical Support), hosting, license and SaaS services, and has added to its offering a range of integrated SAP and business intelligence solutions focused on the S/4HANA digital core. The company is an SAP channel partner, and an SAP-certified cloud hosting and SAP HANA managed service provider.

G3G CEO Chris Gunter said he and his team were thrilled to be joining EPI-USE.

“The leadership and people of EPI-USE have an exceptional reputation that has impressed me for many years, and I am very pleased to now have G3G as part of this amazing group. This is a very positive move for our clients, our employees, and the market and I am excited about the impact this will have in our pursuit to enrich our offerings to our client base. There is excellent synergy between G3G and EPI-USE with both companies bringing a deep-rooted dedication to strong, client-focused consulting, supported by the outstanding people we both employ,” said Gunter.

The complementary capabilities of EPI-USE and G3G mean that the combined group will be able to offer advisory services, implementation services, application and technical support, hosting and cloud services.

“We’re delighted that G3G is now part of our group. Chris, the people of G3G and the business’ proprietary software assets now allow for us to service our clients more fully, and to extend our Application Management Services practice outside of just HR/payroll, in a number of important markets around the world. There is a strong cultural alignment between G3G and EPI-USE and whilst G3G will continue under Chris’ leadership and as a distinct brand, there will be close-knit cooperation between G3G and EPI-USE practices worldwide,” said Jonathan Tager, EPI-USE CEO.
