Australian SAP VAR partner Harms Consulting has been certified by the SAP Partner Centre of Expertise.
To be certified, an SAP partner’s support centre, including staff, support processes and infrastructure, is rigorously investigated.
According to Harms, having this certification provides assurance to customers that its consultants and professional teams have strong real-world experience in delivering SAP Enterprise and Standard support.
“Achieving this certification is a key element completing Harms Consulting’s end-to-end SAP Managed Services solution,” said Chris O’Brien, head of application management services at Harms.
“Our Managed Service now delivers SAP supported infrastructure in partnership with Amazon Web Services, as well as the delivery of SAP support, licenses and maintenance through subscription and traditional SAP purchase models.”
Harms utilises SAP Solution Manager as a key platform to deliver support to customers. Customer which do not wish to implement Solution Manager themselves can use the Harms Consulting Solution Manager system, saving cost and implementation effort.
