Banking technology provider iCreate, headquartered in Bangalore, will collaborate with SAP to integrate enhanced enterprise information management capabilities into existing SAP business intelligence technology.
To assist banks in facing challenges brought on by rapid growth and increasing compliance requirements, iCreate will roll out solutions in the areas of banking analytics, MIS, data management and risk and compliance.
The solutions will integrate with SAP’s banking and financial services technology portfolio, which includes SAP Sybase IQ enterprise edition, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform and SAP Crystal Reports.
Vivek Subramanyam, CEO, iCreate, said he is delighted to be working with SAP to provide banks globally with better information management and faster insights.
“It is part of our mission to provide banks worldwide with a superior decision-making capability and this collaboration sets a new benchmark for the banking fraternity,” said Subramanyam.
Elbert Bailey, VP of strategic initiatives, ecosystem and channels, SAP Asia Pacific Japan, said the new solutions will help joint banking customers to increase their customer-centricity, reduce cost and complexity, and better manage regulatory and risk compliance.
The relationship is also a good example of how SAP can work with partners on new solutions.
“Our innovative partnering models open up new opportunities for partners to leverage SAP’s strengths with their own core competencies to create new, compelling and innovative products,” said Bailey.
