Vancouver-based mobile consumer engagement solution provider, Mobify, has launched an integration solution for the SAP Hybris Commerce designed to enable retailers to attain best-in-class mobile shopper experiences and resultant increases in revenues.

The Mobify Connector operates with leading technology such as Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) to deliver some impressive retail shopping statistics, including up to four times faster page load speeds, a 50 per cent increase in conversions, and a 23 per cent increase in revenue.

PWAs combine the high-converting features of an app with the broad reach of the web, helping retailers reap the best of both worlds. PWAs also offer up a healthy dose of SEO to increase search enginge rankings, giving retailers an edge over competitors.

AMP increases traffic by increasing the speed of page loads to reduce bounce rates and ensure retailers’ websites have a chance to attract, engage and transact.

“The Mobify Platform engages shoppers and drives conversions in ways ecommerce platforms alone cannot, with features like web push notifications, best practices for browsing and checkout, one-touch payments and more,” said Igor Faletski, CEO, Mobify.

“With the new Mobify Connector, SAP Hybris Commerce customers can quickly deploy mobile performance and engagement for competitive advantage.”

The Mobify Platform and SAP Hybris Commerce are expected to enable retailers to increase traffic, conversions and revenues by keeping customers engaged throughout the process, reducing abandonment all the way through the critical checkout process.

The SAP Hybris Commerce API cartridge, which is included in the Mobify Platform, can be initiated quickly, enabling a retailer to be up and running with the MobilityPlatform in just a few simple steps.

The Mobify Platform creates a seamless shopper experience in-store and on multiple devices, enabling retailers to retain important customer data and ensuring that customers don’t need to continually re-enter it. In addition, the mobile and desktop experiences can be improved independently, without the need for custom code, even during an ecommerce platform upgrade.
