Two Qualtrics employee experience (EX) management solutions have been introduced recently, both of which are designed to assist businesses in addressing employees’ energy levels and gaining perception of safety and trust in their colleagues in order to prevent employee burnout in the long run.

According to new Qualtrics research released this month, workplace health and safety have been found significant to 71% of employees when determining where to work, with the global COVID-19 pandemic continuing to be the most concerning factor to consider. Being aware of employees’ experiences has become more important than ever before, especially after the subject of employee well-being has risen to the top of the corporate priority list.

The study also showed that 32% of employees report that they are not engaged at work, and a similar 35% indicate that they are skeptical about their future job prospects with their current employer. The fact that 58% of employees believe their employment is a major contributing factor to their mental health problems shows that businesses have the potential to improve how they support their workers.

Having made remarkable advancements since its inception, the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is now being used by companies around the world to help close experience gaps and create new experiences for both employees and customers. Echoing the latest findings, the company’s in-house group of organisational experts and psychologists determined the most crucial factors driving employees’ perception of safety and overall well-being at work.

Aiming to support leaders in the ongoing development of advanced methods of working to increase engagement, retention, and recruitment initiatives, the SAP-owned company has unveiled two new solutions: Qualtrics Safe Workplace Solution and Qualtrics Employee Well-Being at Work Solution — which are now available in the market.

Unveiling Two Qualtrics Employee Experience Offerings

Now more than ever, an increasing number of organisations are implementing experience strategies and technologies to better understand the behaviours and preferences of their employees, which is critical to their survival in today’s ever-changing business landscape. Qualtrics EmployeeXM, which collects continuous feedback from every employee experience, intends to enable companies to make appropriate decisions to influence employee engagement, productivity, innovation, and talent management.

Commenting on the product launch, Jay Choi, Chief Product Officer for EmployeeXM at Qualtrics, said:

“The global pandemic has brought employee safety, health and well-being to the forefront of business priorities, and it can be challenging for leaders to know how to best support their employees.”

“Qualtrics’ safety and well-being solutions offer employers a science-based approach to understanding the evolving needs and expectations of their employees and making changes that meaningfully improve people’s experiences at work,” he added.

Designed to help businesses in utilising experience data, the Qualtrics Safe Workplace Solution aims to evaluate employee sentiment around specific key drivers to identify the entire range of how secure employees feel while working in a physical location. On the other hand, the Qualtrics Employee Well-Being at Work Solution shares insights and recommendations to managers and employees based on feedback. With the new offering, managers gain access to intuitive dashboards that summarise their team’s performance while employees get personalised reports — both of which will ultimately enhance organisation-wide well-being.

Being built into the Qualtrics EmployeeXM platform, the workplace safety and well-being solutions allow employers to efficiently expand these to suit their way of working. Leveraging the new products, employers will also be able to incorporate digital workplace tools from XM Discover with safety and well-being insights, as well as employee sentiment data gathered from social media, review sites, and company intranet. This aims to support organisations in implementing changes that significantly increase employee participation, engagement, and recruitment.
