Dynatrace announces expanded partnership with German business solutions provider SAP. According to a press release, under the new agreement, the software intelligence company is now an observability partner for SAP Commerce Cloud.
Under the new agreement, customers using SAP Commerce Cloud can now subscribe to Dynatrace’s digital experience monitoring capabilities, as well as its AI-engine, Davis™ via the online SAP Store.
The expanded partnership aims to help leading retailers:
- effectively monitor, analyze, and optimize customer experience with a 360-degree view of every single user journey
- gain a deeper understanding of applications and microservices running in their environment, including third-party services
- optimise clients’ user experience across mobile, web, and other edge-device channels
- achieve a fast and responsive storefront
The Power of SAP Commerce Cloud + Dynatrace
According to Dynatrace, its digital experience monitoring capabilties offer business-critical analysis and understanding of how application performance impacts user experience and the bottom line.
Integrating Dynatrace’s AI technology with SAP Commerce Cloud allows customers to leverage the following features and capabilities:
- identifying anomalies (such as mobile app crashes, errors, or performance issues) and prioritise them by business impact
- monitoring the full, end-to-end landscape, from infrastructure and application performance to digital journeys on commerce storefronts
- real user monitoring and synthetic monitoring
- high-fidelity metrics, traces, logs and real user data from the company’s AI-engine, Davis™
