On the Move: Damien Scales named new CEO of TAMS

Damien Scales has been appointed the new CEO of TAMS. He will replace Lyndy Wallis, who will remain a director of TAMS and move to the role of chief operations officer.

TAMS recognised the need to expand its leadership team, Wallis stated, and were very pleased Scales accepted the role.

Prior to this appointment, Scales worked at Innogence for four years as the business development manager, national sales manager, marketing director, and then NSW director.

“Damien brings to TAMS significant leadership, management, sales and client engagement skills complemented by a comprehensive understanding of the SAP market and product offerings,” said Keith Wallis TAMS head of Solution Strategy and Development.

“It is these skills when combined with the intellectual property, product offerings and significant consulting experience that will enable TAMS to continue the drive towards becoming the leading and most recognised Lifecycle Asset Management Company in the Southern Hemisphere.”

Throughout his career Damien has worked with many clients across Australia to deliver high quality solutions and brings extensive consulting management experience to TAMS as CEO including consulting operations, sales and sales management, strategy, governance and leadership.

”I was very excited to be approached by Lyndy to join TAMS as CEO,” he said.

“The opportunity to join such a respected team with a reputation for delivering high quality outcomes to their customers is compelling. I look forward to working with the TAMS leadership team, our customers and partners to deliver great Asset Management Solutions.”
