The acquisition was geared towards bolstering the company’s capabilities with SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) and SAP HANA database solutions on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and SAP cloud platforms. Other companies that have reinforced their SAP expertise through acquisitions in 2021 are Univerus Inc. and VistaVu Solutions.
2021 has been a remarkable year for the SAP Silver Partner Pythian following its SAP business expansion with the ManageServe acquisition. The global IT consulting firm has achieved a phenomenal 300{8bf2b29f36318f0ac46ab1cc03d7035abce669a1cea16c9ed62389a818fa22fd} growth in revenue, size, and scope last year versus 2020, demonstrating Pythian’s deep expertise in SAP application hosting and global delivery of SAP HANA in the cloud and on-premises as a trusted SAP Database Migration Factory partner.
