Revolution IT has today announced its acquisition of Adelaide-based specialist software testing firm Independent Test Services Pty Ltd.
The acquisition is Revolution IT’s third in as many years and will see the Independent Test Services brand gradually retired, with all clients and staff joining the new operations.
Revolution IT company director Jamie Duffield said the acquisition would allow Revolution IT to further expand its offering into South Australia.
“We are fully committed to continue our growth and expand our portfolio of offerings through further acquisitions and aggressive strategic hiring,” said Duffield.
Peter Hanlon, who is one of Independent Test Services’ founding directors, said he is excited about the opportunities the acquisition will create for his staff and clients.
“With over 10 years’ experience providing software testing consulting to the Adelaide market, the opportunity for growth presented by Revolution IT was very appealing,” said Hanlon.
“I believe the acquisition of Independent Test Services will further enhance Revolution IT’s reputation as Australia’s leading application quality management company.”
