SAP Emarsys Platform Integrates with LINK Mobility Solutions

For the growing number of brands that use SMS for a personalised customer experience (CX), the latest integration of SAP Emarsys with LINK Mobility intends to help them provide predictable and profitable customer engagement results.

Last year, SAP acquired Emarsys, an omnichannel customer engagement platform provider, to accelerate time-to-value for organisations and assist them in delivering faster business outcomes. With more than 1,650 customers across the world, SAP Emarsys offers a fully integrated cloud-based marketing platform that allows enterprises to come up with customised customer interactions at scale across the web, mobile, SMS, e-mail, and social media.

In July, global IT research and advisory firm Gartner highlighted the position of SAP Emarsys, which is part of a wider portfolio of SAP Customer Experience solutions, in the 2021 Magic Quadrant for Personalization Engines. The report also recognised the German enterprise software giant’s industry-specific solutions that make user adoption, measurement and reporting, as well as service and support easier.

Recently, SAP Emarsys has reinforced its vision of powering the foundation of an omnichannel personalised engagement by integrating with LINK Mobility, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider. As an approved SMS aggregator, LINK Mobility now supports both mobile-originated and mobile-terminated Short Message Service (SMS) messages throughout the platform’s dedicated modules.

Sharing more about the solutions’ integration, Emarsys Global Head of Technology Partnerships Kris Dimitroff remarked:
