The German software giant’s 2021 SAP Pinnacle Award puts a spotlight on the top performers in the SAP Partner ecosystem that have excelled at helping customers become best-run, intelligent enterprises.
SAP Partners deliver a variety of services for customers such as consultancy and implementation of systems, as well as developing and marketing applications built on different SAP platforms. In last year’s SAP Global Partner Summit Online, SAP Chief Partner Officer Karl Fahrbach has emphasised the critical role of partners in driving customer success. He shared:
“Customer success means that we recognise that, in order to make our customers successful, we need to do it with our partners. The role of the partner has changed within SAP. It’s no longer about sales with our reselling partners or implementation with our services partners.”
On top of introducing initiatives to assist implementation partners and independent software vendors (ISVs) in serving customers better, the tech giant holds its annual SAP Pinnacle Award to acknowledge SAP Partners’ dedication to leveraging technological innovations, ability to understand customers’ business needs, and capacity to help clients achieve their goals.
This year, only 21 out of more than 20,000 SAP Partners globally were selected to be given an award across 28 categories for their commitment to value creation, exponential growth, and simplification.
