Strong adoption of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 speeds digital transformation

SAP Solution Manager 7.2 is experiencing high implementation rates, with several hundred going live every month since it became generally available last August.

According to SAP, by accessing the solution, more customers are gaining greater value from their SAP S/4HANA investments and accelerating their digital transformations.

The latest version of Solution Manager delivers the best of both worlds by combining pre-packaged, best-practice support process management, with full customisation to meet specific customer needs.

SAP Solution Manager 7.2 provides tools, processes, services and an organisational model to manage SAP and non-SAP solutions throughout the application lifecycle. It enables customers to implement SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions based on real-life formulas for ROI.

The latest version of SAP Solution Manager enables customers to perform technical realisations and operations in a single, centralised location, using models based on SAP S/4HANA. If customers run into trouble, the SAP Customer Competence Centre now provides support for more scenarios including hybrid scenarios.

SAP Solution Manager 7.2 can be combined with SAP Value Assurance service packages and SAP Model Company services to provide tools to build, test, deploy and monitor SAP S/4HANA with little to no disruption to existing business processes.
