Global SAP Services Partner Wipro Technologies has been selected by MMG to deliver its ‘Integrated Business Management’ program over three years.
MMG is a mid-tier global resources company, specialising in the mining, exploration and development of base metal projects nationally and internationally.
Anand Padmanabhan, Wipro senior vice president, energy, natural resources and utilities, said Wipro is looking forward to working with MMG to ensure “seamless delivery” of their program.
“Information technology has emerged as a key efficiency driver in the natural resources space and clearly the future growth of the mining industry lies in increased efficiency through automation,” Padmanabhan said.
Wipro will standardise and simplify MMG’s business processes, and implement a new SAP platform to support the future growth and profitability of MMG.
